Oklahoma Center for Rural Development
This office is part of Northeastern State in Tahlequah and provides geographic, demographic, economic, and growth information about Oklahoma communities and the state itself. Small businesses and international companies can use this data to plan for employee resources or possible relocation. The OCRD's work has been credited with bringing many companies to Tahlequah.

Oklahoma Manufacturing Alliance
Through its statewide network of manufacturing extension agents and applications engineers, the Oklahoma Manufacturing Alliance provides a full range of services. The organization offers free technical assistance and business advice, helping manufacturers become progressively more successful. Services focus on improving the bottom line, while growing the entire company. These services include:

Curtis Evans is the local Manufacturing Extension Agent with an office at NSU Broken Arrow. He supports manufacturers in Tulsa and Okmulgee County. Last year, manufacturers assisted by MEAs reported their efforts would result in more than $150 million in increased sales.
