If you are an undergraduate student who has enrolled in one or more colleges before applying to NSU, you must complete and submit an application for admission. You must request an official transcript from each previous college attended and may not disregard any part of your records in order to apply for admission. Students who have attempted 24 or fewer hours of college credit should also request an official high school transcript and ACT scores. You must be in good standing and eligible to re-enroll at your previous institution (not be on academic or disciplinary suspension.)
Your completed application, transcript(s), and test scores (if applicable) should be sent to one of the following locations.
